Speader

Post by CREWLESS »

Hello everyone! ......
My name is Rick and I'm from Ontario Canada
I just purchased a ballad that needs some TLC and I'm sure with all the resources on the sight, that shouldn't be a problem
I'm looking forward to it
After cleaning out all the crap left for me by the previous owner , I noticed the spreaders were missing for the mast
Is this going to be a major problem? ?
Would anyone know where I could find some or the length they should be in case I have to get a pair fabricate or maybe find something similar to the original
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Rick

Thanks this a great help
Now that I know what they should look like and the length , I'll try and match up a set that might work for me . We have a boat wrecker a couple of hours drive from here so I think I'll start there
Thanks again

While looking at the Selden web sight at spreaders I noticed there were some end pieces similar to yours
