First holidays 2014

Beside the move from the river "Elbe" to the baltic sea, this was the first sailing trip this year...and it was great
We can´t await the summer holidays and wish all of you a great summer sailing this year...

Cracking photos - do you keep the ipad mini on charge? If so how do you run the cable?

To keep it on charge we dont´t have any good ideas yet. We just added an extension from the USB port at the chart table, as you can see on the picture
This winter we will try some other options. I will post it here, when we find a better solution.

Thanks, cracking idea have it mounted there. I use my iPhone all the time for navigation, so having it mounted as you have makes a lot of sense.

We use a normal bike handlebar bracket, it´s cheap and reliable.
Although we use a waterproof case, it´s good to know that not much water is getting there.
